IQed Mashed Potatoes

TOTAL TIME

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. red skinned potatoes,
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup 2% milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IQed Smart NutritionTm
  • salt and pepper (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place potatoes in a large pot.
  2. Cover with water and boil for 15 minutes or until you can pierce them easily with a fork.
  3. Drain water, and then mash the potatoes in the pot.
  4. Add butter, milk and mix thoroughly.
  5. When cooled down add Vanilla IQed Smart NutritionTM and mix in.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
