- 1 lb. red skinned potatoes,
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup 2% milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla IQed Smart NutritionTm
- salt and pepper (optional)
- Place potatoes in a large pot.
- Cover with water and boil for 15 minutes or until you can pierce them easily with a fork.
- Drain water, and then mash the potatoes in the pot.
- Add butter, milk and mix thoroughly.
- When cooled down add Vanilla IQed Smart NutritionTM and mix in.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
