TOTAL TIME
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 large Fuji apples
  • 1 scoop vanilla IQed Smart IQed Smart NutritionTM
  •  



    DIRECTIONS:
    1.  Slice apples and place them into a Ziploc baggie.
    2.  Pour cinnamon and vanilla IQed Smart IQed Smart NutritionTM into the bag.
    3.  Shake vigorously, either eat right from the bag, or put on a plate and serve.
