Tips For When You Are Down And Troubled

Tips For When You Are Down And Troubled

I just saw an interesting post on Reddit with a  list a questions you can customize for yourself when you are having a down day.  Everyone has moments where they feel "down and troubled" as James Taylor says.  With creative liberty we put together a list to help you know you've got a friend in us at IQed (not exactly as Randy Newman said, but close)

The list was originally written by Sinope who put together a list of 16 questions and answers for herself, "on a day when I was in an upswing but could still remember the other side of things"  Sinope published her list under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License so feel free to take this and adopt it to your own needs.  You can modify and publish your version as long as you credit Sinope's original version.
