How to Manage Subscription Orders
Even though you can order IQed without a subscription, did you know in addition to the convenience of not running out as well as a price break (WOW!), you can easily pause, edit or even cancel (that would be sad) your monthly subscription? If you'd like to make any changes to the quantities or adjust anything else on the orders you can either call us at (307) 459-6033 email us: support@getiqed.com -or just follow these simple steps.
First click on the account login button:
and login to your account:
Then click Manage Subscriptions:
From here you can edit, or cancel upcoming orders. Click the Order # to edit your quantity or skip any upcoming shipments. Click on the Frequency to change how often you would like to receive your shipment. Click on Manage to do all of already mentioned as well as edit your billing and/or shipping information as well as ship an upcoming order right away, view past transactions, and add or swap products in your subscription.
