6. How To Mix IQed:

Protein powders, including those comprised of natural whey isolate protein as IQed is, do not break down easily in liquid even with the advancements in production.
This is why typically if you look at the area of any health food store that sells protein powders they'll typically have nearby shaker cups or blender ball cups.
Most find the shaker cups to be the quickest and easiest way to shake up your IQed drink. Also, these shaker cups are great for travel as all you need is IQed and water to have a healthy complete meal whenever you want.

You can also blend protein powders into smoothies using an ordinary blender or a Nutrabullet/Ninja.
IQed doesn't have to be served as a drink and can be mixed into any food or made into recipes too. Here are serving suggestions and recipes.

7. Water:

There is no special amount of hydration needed just for IQed. The amount of liquid recommended daily is for healthy hydration whether consuming IQed or not. The reason normal hydration is recommended however is for regular elimination as whey will naturally help the body to rid itself of toxins. To figure that amount out one of the suggestions is to multiply your child’s weight by 0.6 to get a rough estimate of how much liquid your child should consume per day. A simpler method is to take body weight, divide in half and that is the approximate amount of ounces of liquid one should consume a day. Please note: liquid is not just water, and is found in many foods as well.

The whey isolate protein and many of the ayurvedic foods in IQed play a very important role in naturally raising the antioxidant glutathione which naturally and gently chelate and nourish the body. In addition, IQed contains soluble fiber which also helps healthy elimination.

You have 30 days to return any unopened/unused product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Yes, we do ship internationally with the exception of the UK and Mexico. Currently the UK has a ban on the import of animal products (including whey isolate and fish oils). Mexico has been rampant with corruption and many packages have been stolen or delayed with huge tariffs. We appreciate your patience and are working on alternatives :)
